Terms of Use
By using MA URL you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the safety limits of the tools. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service scope
MA URL provides short links, QR and link options, account features, bio pages, APIs and technical tools for network, web, security and developer workflows. Features, limits and availability can vary by account type, configuration and security situation.
2. Responsible use of short links
You are responsible for destination URLs, custom aliases, link distribution and compliance with applicable law. Short links may only point to content you are allowed to share.
3. Prohibited content and abuse
Links or tool usage involving malware, phishing, fraud, spam, unlawful content, harassment, hate, extremist content, fake shops, non-consensual tracking, credential theft, illegal gambling, unlawful adult content or other abusive purposes are prohibited.
4. Technical tools and authorization
Network, OSINT, security and web tools may only be used for systems, domains or data that you own or are authorized to analyze. The platform deliberately limits scans, validates inputs, blocks private network targets where relevant and applies rate limits.
5. No professional advice
Tool results, risk scores, DNS checks, SSL checks and generated outputs are informational snapshots. They do not replace professional legal, security, compliance, medical, financial or operational advice.
6. Accounts and API access
You are responsible for protecting login credentials, API keys and two-factor credentials. Suspicious, compromised or abusive accounts and keys may be restricted, rotated or deleted.
7. Security and enforcement
MA URL may use Safe Browsing checks, rate limits, logging, manual review, warnings, blocking and deletion to protect users and infrastructure. Severe or repeated violations can lead to account or link suspension.
8. Availability and changes
No uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, legal changes, provider failures or abuse prevention can temporarily restrict individual functions. These terms may be updated when features, risks or legal requirements change.
